            bait and switch tactics. had me show up for an appointment, as I'm there in the parking lot, tell me on the phone it's a missed appt (1apt) and they charge 82 dollars per pet! Then tell me that the doctor just can't see them but I need to pay the fee in full or they won't honor any of my other appts. the next appt was an extremely important dental appt for our small dog so she doesn't lose more teeth to perdidonetal disease. I missed one apt so I'll pay 82 fee. they said no per pet. no where did they up front say they have a missed appt fee! no where did they list in services they have a missed appt fee. this hospital is using a "missed appt" as away to extort more money out of owners. oh and they will tell any place they move records to that you are the problem and include defamation of character, so that no one else will be your vet. (Yes she stated on the phone they would gladly send records and warning to not work with you). defamation of character. extortion bait and switch false listing of services/ not advertising or given information of fees for missed appt. additional charges per pet. they don't care about pets health. just how much money they can get.
