This review is regarding ******* ************ which is a clinic that is part of the Eastside Health Network. I am leaving this review here because there have been many other people who shared a similar experience with ******* ************ and clearly nothing is being done to make the situation right. At a certain point, the responsibility falls upon the upper management of the parent company to do something about the way patients are being treated. I had a truly unacceptable experience with the receptionist of ******* ************ part of the Eastside Health Network, in which the receptionist used racially charged language against my fiance. We went to this clinic to perform a medical exam for immigration. Since the interaction first started, the receptionist was rude and was treating us like we were stupid for not being familiar with the process. When we decided to leave and my fiance told her she was being rude, the receptionist commented "we don't want your kind here". This behavior is not acceptable, especially from a receptionist who works for a clinic that specializes in doing medical exams for immigration. Other reviews online show a similar experience by other people who wanted to do health screenings for immigration. This receptionist has a history of making racially charged comments which is never appropriate. Eastside Health Network needs to take accountability and do something about this clinic in their network, because it's truly not acceptable.
