I'm the manager at Fritz and I need to leave this review in light of accusations being made by disgruntled employees who were let go for company theft. I was told by one employee I had just terminated yesterday that she contacted the BBB. She is making accusations claiming that the owners are stealing money from the employees and I don't know what else. I have worked here for going on 5 years now and I have to say that the owners of Fritz, my bosses, are the best employers I have ever had in my life. They are very good people and I'm grateful for them. I have had nothing but respect and loyalty for them. I never once suspected them of anything fraudulent and or unlawful. This employee most likely failed to mention that she was terminated for theft. It won't be tolerated. Business is conducted professionally and everything is transparent. Sometimes retaliation can hurt businesses and this may be the goal of these individuals who make claims such as these. I just had to come to this site to support this business and it's owners and to let everyone reading this know, that these kinds of issues happen and that as a customer, you should form your own opinion about a business based on your own experience with the establishment and consider the source of the claims being made. I love my job and I love the owners of Fritz. It's been wonderful working here.
