              I came in for my vehicle tabs.*****(****) spelling,I noticed my name was spelled wrong.*****(****) noticed the name of the lien holder was not on my registration. She inquired of a woman named ****** about this,I expressed to ****** that I was concerned that someone else may be using my name for a vehicle as it was the same last name and one letter off of my first name. Since my first name is not common and it was the same last name, of course, I was concerned.****** dismissed me and said it doesnt matter to me as though i was a child, and ripped the paper away. *****(****), a new employee, as stated snidely by ******, came over to point out what I was saying to ******.****** shoved the paper in towards her face/ chest area and began yelling at her.I stopped the yelling by asking to speak to a superior.****** turned to me with basically an evil smile and said. I AM the owner. And continued her grin for several seconds while making direct eye contact with me (a customer)It was then I wanted to find someone to hold her accountable for her behavior towards me a customer and her very sweet, helpful employee.Please feel free to look at cameras to back up my story.
