            Very bad place to go , filed and didnt even complete the information and they dont want to give me a full refund they said 50 percent and they didnt even do anything. Horrible place to attempt to get a divorce and steal money

            We apologize for any delay in responding to this inquiry. We have only just received this communication, which was originally received by the BBB over two years ago. 

            Please refer to our refund policy, which can be found here: *************************************************. It says, "We provide significant services beyond the generation of your divorce forms. Answers to common questions, filing instructions, and customer care provided during the process of using our site are just some of the valuable services we provide. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot ***** a refund in cases where a customer has accessed our post-purchase ***********************, including our post-purchase questionnaires, forms, instructions, and customer care center...."

            Our policy states that utilizing our post-purchase services disqualifies customers from full refund eligibility.
