I was overcharged on my delivery order by $58.29 and that caused me to overdraft in my checking account because I was unaware that this would happen. My order total was $78.95 and I already paid that in full. So now I'm asking for a refund of $63.29 because there was an overdraft due to how you people operate your business in an extremely shady way. Order #***********Initial Complaint

Purchased item from Zumiez on March 7th;Selected standard shipping (for which I paid extra) which they noted would arrive in around 5 business days.They shipped it out with ***** ground economy, previously called smartpost. This means that the item won't arrive till pretty much a whole month after I ordered (tracking now states April 4th).This is pretty ridiculous given that they stated 5 business days during checkout.Initial Complaint

I only received 1 item a skirt from my order everything else have not received the one item that was delivered they threw it like trash at my door my camera recorded it and I contacted the company they said there not responsible for lost or stolen but I never received it I have a camera recording all day.Initial Complaint

I made this order on 2/2/2023 and when I received the order, the shoes look worn. Im a sneaker person and I dont care if I spend $5 on a shoe, I expect it to look CLEAN & UNWORN. I zumiez told theres nothing they can do. It seems as if they took this shoe off display and sold it to meBusiness response

I ordered a product 4 days ago. Today, I checked my account and 2 charges are made to my credit card for the same amount. When inquired about charges, no real explanation can be provided. Its been 4 days, 2 weekend and 2 business days. NO tracking number supplied. When asked, they stated that an employee when drive and hand deliver the product to the resident. Asked when should i expected it? Their response, in total, 2 weeks **** I asked if i can cancel, they responded no because the order has already been submitted in to the system. BUT, the product has yet to make it to deliver service. Wait! They just stated that the product will be driven by an employee and hand delivered!. Product is still at their location and sitting, I cant cancel, I get charged twice, not tracking info, Very poor business practice.Customer response

Ordered an item. Got a notification from ***** late in the evening at 10.:23pm that there was a delay on service and the order was delivered at the same time which immediately was a red flag. Called ***** and they explained to me that Zumies used a third part delivery service and they are responsible for the delivery. Zumies have not responded to my contact and they are not answering their customer service calls.Customer response

I placed an order with Zumiez using my credit card. Zumiez ran out of the items and never delivered anything to me. Zumiez acknowledges they no longer have the items. Zumiez acknowledges they never sent me anything. However, they are refusing to provide me with a refund. They are only offering a gift card. I do not want a gift card. I would like my credit card refunded or for them to provide a check for deposit.Initial Complaint

On Friday, September 30, 2022 at 3:45pm I received a debit charge notification from ************************ for an unauthorized charge of $624.19 at Zumiez, ******************************************************************************** Steps I took in response included:I Called TFCU Fraud at ************ and reported pending breach as fraud. Provided requested online to Bank required for investigation.I ************ report on record same-day and was interviewed by **************************** Report #********/1 Because I am employed near location, I immediately went to Zumiez and inquired about charge directly with store associates. Confronted sales associate ***** who casually verified and admitted to a woman having shopped in the store and attempted on 9/30/22 to use several cards before offering my credit card number without a physical card. Responsible Zumiez Associates accepted number without required proof of identification and ran the purchase of $624.19. Zumiez associate then attempted to call fraudulent telephone and look up fake Instagram account provided by criminal. No apology was offered for the unauthorized and unverified sale using my stolen account number I hold ********************** directly liable for negligence in approving said fraudulent charge without proper verification. I demand a full and swift refund/credit return of the improper charges to my account and disciplinary action taken to the store associates who displayed an indifference to ensuring store policy in permitting the fraudulent charges to occur.Initial Complaint

ORDER # ********* I bought 2 pairs of jeans from them during their buy 1 get 1 for 50% off sale. One of the pairs had a large hole in the pocket. I contacted them through their website about this issue and received no reply from them. After waiting for 3 days with no response I checked their website again and found their email address and sent a message along with a photo of the hole in the jeans to that email and finally got a response saying ''Thank you for reaching out to us about your concern and being patient with us. We're sorry that a pair of jeans that you ordered arrived the way that it did. There are a couple of potential options that are available to resolve your issue. We could either send you a return label so that the item can be refunded or reshipped. Or the second option, which I highly recommend which would be taking it into your local Zumiez for a return or exchange. I highly recommend the second option, it is a lot quicker of a process and there would be no wait for the item to return back to our warehouse or wait for the jeans to be reshipped back to you place. What option works best for you?***** - Zumiez Customer Care''I replied telling them that there is no Zumiez in ****** so their second option isn't an option. I told them that I would like a return label to send them back for a refund but that I would like to return both pairs of jeans. Paying $114 for both pairs, basically making them $57 each with the buy one get one 50% off deal was a decent price but if I was to return just the pair with the hole which was the pair that was discounted it would mean that I would no longer be getting a deal and that the other pair would be costing me $80 and these jeans are not worth that price. So I would like to return them both. It has been 4 days since I sent that reply and I still have not heard a word back from them.
