I have been a long time zumiez customer spending quite a lot of money over the years. I recently saw a shirt in the store i liked but my size was out of stock. Turns out it was also out of stock at a lot of other close by stores. I have received several emails about a 50% off sale, however after trying to buy it it did not take 50% off. I called the contact number for Zumiez and after being on hold over 30 minutes he says, "Oh that shirt doesnt count"....Count for what?! I attempted to contact Zumiez corporate via email only to get a generic unconcerned response from ****. Through this back and forth with ****, I attempted to ask him to escalate this to someone in management and he refused. Is this really how you treat repeat customers?!Business response

Avoid at all costs (0/5). My first and LAST time ever shopping here.Placed an order and paid for it at Erie store. It never shipped and I was never notified - I caught this after almost two weeks. **************** was awful; spent several hours on the phone and they wouldn't even let me file a formal complaint. The best they could do was reship the item and tell me to monitor the tracking better this time! The customer service lead was *************************, and wouldn't provide me with the store that made the error and instead basically suggested that I could only review the local store (Erie) where the item was supposed to be shipped to.Zumiez customer service explained that they have nothing in-place to catch order issues and if I wouldn't have noticed it I would've been out the $200 I spent and would've never received the item.Initial Complaint

I ordered 7 items online. I did not receive three of the items. I returned two of the items. The entire shipment claims everything is delivered. I tried contacting zumiez customer service. No one answers. I contacted my local store(Bethesda ********** mall). She(Jen a manager) got in contact with them and theyre claiming I have the item becuase their inventory says its no longer in stock. The boxes werent damaged. And dont appear to be tampered with. Im just missing three pairs of pants and I want a refund for them. She told me to call them back saying they would answer and call me. They have done neither.Initial Complaint

They are not providing a refund for my return. The return was received on 12/7. I keep asking for an update on my return and they will not answer. I would like my refund after I had to pay $15 to ship the item back to them
