On June 24, 2019, Better Business Bureau
recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding product quality and
customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for website design
and coaching from Kreative, LLC. Consumers allege they were promised immediate
financial returns due to increased consumer traffic related to the website
design. After several weeks, they did not receive what they perceived they were
paying for during the sales call. Consumers claim the company is unresponsive
to requests for assistance.
On February 4, 2020, February 19, 2020, and May 20, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Kreative, LLC regarding the pattern of complaints. Kreative, LLC responded to Better Business Bureau each time.
The most recent response Kreative, LLC provided to BBB was on May 28, 2020 regarding the consumer allegations. The context of the letter appears below:
“Kreative, LLC is more than willing to stand behind and fulfill the promises it makes. Kreative, LLC is also very concerned about its’ customers’ satisfaction and continues to refine the stringent and multi-tiered procedures designed by Kreative, LLC to assure that its customers know what to expect when they buy a website, internet marketing, or social media services from Kreative, LLC.
While we work diligently to address any and all concerns raised by our customers, it is also important to note that the number of annual complaints received by the BBB are less than 1% of the 2,743 live websites currently hosted by Kreative, LLC.
As mentioned previously, we are more than willing to provide the BBB with any evidence it would like to substantiate Kreative, LLC’s position. We are confident that evidence demonstrates that all Kreative’s clients are informed both verbally (on recorded calls) and in writing (in the written contract) that no company, including Kreative, LLC can guarantee or represent any level of sales, profits, or success due to the websites being developed.

I first contacted Kreative from an ad I saw online. I watched a promo video about how to make great money online with your own online store. I put in my contact info, and they called me and gave me whole analysis, supposedly to see if I was someone they could work with. When I was approved, they forwarded me to a different agent, who said they would help me by applying for new credit cards so I could pay their initial fee of $4000. After setting up the basic parts of my business, I was contacted by another agent who specialized in their marketing, and said I would need to pay another $2000 (they wanted more but $2000 was all I could get approved for) to get help with marketing my site. I started running into a lot of difficulties because it was difficult getting my products set up on my site, and only one of their agents could help me. Then I couldnt get an appointment with their marketing ***** and their scheduling person was rude and unhelpful on the phone. Then I started getting emails from their billing department, demanding monthly payments of $59.99 and threatening that my site would be taken down and the domain lost if I didnt pay it. I contacted the original person, ***** ****, who had guided me through applying for credit cards, and told him I couldnt and wouldnt pay them monthly while they werent giving me the help I needed. They agreed to put off the monthly payments by 3 months but still insisted I would have to pay monthly on top of the $6000 I had already paid. I spent months working on the marketing for the site, to absolutely no avail. Zero sales. When I asked the marketing agent what I should do to get sales, he said I shouldnt expect to make sales in a market that already has companies with multi-million dollar marketing budgets. This after I was told their clients make 7k MONTHLY and I should apply for credit using that as my income. I had to cancel all my cards and call debt relief. Now theyve taken back the site and the domain. Scam.

I have read through a lot of these reviews, and though I didnt get as far in to it as most the people here a lot of money went was charged to my credit cards. I called to see if there was any way to receive a refund, not all the some and their response was an adamant No!! Medically I wasnt able to continue and Im currently on a fixed income. Im drowning here trying to pay back a lot of things that I paid for am barely making ends meet. These people have no problem taking your money but will not even hear you when you try to explain your circumstances. The person I was working with when all my medical problems arose and had to put things on hold apparently was NEVER employed by them nor did they have anyone by that name. Its just a sad case when they have racked up a substantial amount in credit debt that Id likely never be able to pay back. Taking advantage of people is horrible and it needs to be rectified. All the correspondence Ive had with this company saved in my email is no where to be found even though it was saved nicely in its own little folder. Hmm how does that happen I wonder? There is no remorse for the people you have taken money from.
