We can certainly empathize with your perspective related to late billing. That being said, it's only fair that we get paid for the services we provided and you received. This was a very significant electrical renovation and upgrade of your ****s home. You brought us in to update your old,antiquated electrical system and many safety hazards were overcome. On a handshake, we performed massive electrical work greatly improving the safety and lifestyle of your family. All our work was reviewed and approved by the electrical inspector. Since then, youve been reaping the benefits of all the work that we did.
When we originally came to you regarding the late invoicing it was with extreme humility and we did our best to humbly explain the circumstances and massive hardships we were experiencing during and shortly after the pandemic swept the country. We hoped for some compassion. Instead,you told us, to quote two of your emailed threats, If you wish to pursue the matter please know that we will be providing your firm with dismal online reviews. And, You may want to seriously consider a much more significant discount amountif you have any desire to have this matter closed in a way that protects the reputation of your business. Sadly, you arent the first to try to financially leverage us for unfair deep discounts with threats of bad reviews, and I imagine you wont be the last.
No businesses go without problems, and we admit that at the time we had some administrative challenges. Those have been rectified and we are now very strong in that category. The concerns expressed in the review no longer apply and the false accusations of fraudulent business practices and using cheap materials are simply not true, and we have the receipts to prove it.
We are currently an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Additionally, Premier Electrical Services was recently voted Skagits Best Electrical Contractor. It was a huge honor,especially since it was based solely on the votes of the incredible community we serve. We humbly carry that trust and take our commitment to integrity and providing high quality electrical services very seriously.
