I chose Affordable in Olympia when I moved to ********, ** from ******** and I had a loose tooth that needed to be pulled and a tooth added to my lower partial. They were really nice at first and I chose to have a new partial made and bought the ultimate fit with a 4 year guarantee. I spent a total of $2018.24 for the tooth to be pulled and the partial. The partial was not what I thought it would be and had to keep going back for adjustments. In January I called to schedule yet another adjustment and found out they were closed with no known reopening date. I called offices in ****** and Longview to see if they would honor the guarantee and they said they would call back but did not. I called the main number for Affordable Dental today and they told me to call the offices then they hung up on me. I have a receipt for the partial but it does not mention the guarantee. I checked reviews and found that they have shut down two other times just like this and I believe this is a con. I think I am just out of luck. I am getting by using the partial if I take it out every couple of hours but I am very upset about this. I am also on a fixed income and it will be a while before I can afford to get another partial. After all of this I would definitely say stay away from Affordable *********** no matter what office it is.
