            Stanley ticket number is *******. Stanley sent me the incorrect cup and color for a replacement.The calls go to a foreign country, and they will not give a supervisor on the phone.This over price cup is $35 plus dollars. My daughter buys their cups/mugs for the different colors. Would like the same cup.

            I made a return 3 weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Ive called every day now for the past week and all I get is waiting on the warehouse to approve the item was received and in good shape. I get told I will receive an update every time and my request has been expedited but never get a call back.
