On April 16, 2018, BBB received a report through BBB’s Scam Tracker from a consumer alleging Entire Jobs, Inc. contacted her regarding an HR Assistant position.  The consumer alleges this contact happened because of her job search on indeed.com.  Entire Jobs presented the consumer with a Job Description for the Human Resources Assistant which offered both full-time office work or part-time work from home online.  The compensation for full time was advertised at $5,000 per month or part-time weekly for $1,100 per week.  The general description for the job stated the person must provide “exceptional customer service, provide solution-based client reviews to open new leads and increase market share amongst existing clients, data entry, admin work, process client orders, develop and implement joint business plans and customer strategy, and manage promotional engineering and trade investment”.  As a part of the application process, the consumer was required to sign an Agreement for Probation period which required the consumer to provide their personal contact information as well as a photo of themselves and a photograph of their signature on the signed contract.   

BBB found the advertised location in Seattle is inconsistent with United States Postal Service addressing.  The address listed also belongs to a different company not related to Entire Jobs, Inc.  The Seattle address listed in the Privacy Policy is actually a Canadian address in London, Ontario which belongs to an employment assistance agency unrelated to Entire Jobs.  BBB could not locate a business license or registration in Washington State for Entire Jobs, Inc.   The website was created on March 12, 2018 and its IP location is in France.    BBB called the company and a generic voicemail stated “leave a message for the Tech Now subscriber”.  BBB believes the information the company is requesting could be used to create fake identities.
