              We parked in the *************** parking lot around 2:15 pm on October 29, 2024, for a 2:30 appointment at the ************* located on the second floor o the ***************. We parked in front of a sign that states ""Reserved Parking *************** Customers." It also states there is a "2 hr. limit." A picture of the sign and a picture of our car parked directly in front of the sign are attached.We left the clinic around 2:35 -- less than half an hour later-- to find a ticket from Parking Diamond Service on our car stating it was an "unauthorized vehicle." A picture of the ticket is attached. Note that every car down the row had a similar ticket.We were an authorized user as customers seeking care from a clinic in the ***************. We were parked for less than 30 minutes for only that purpose. Looks like a total scam.

              This is a scam business. They have lots set up all over ******* with QR codes that scan to payment windows which indicate the lot is open and free between certain hours & then ticket you. When you reach out to customer ********************** they explain how this is their business model & the lots are closed during non 6-10 pm hours. Basically its a trap to get you to park there so they can ticket you.

              Thank you for your post. Some locations are reserved during the day for a specific business and then are paid locations once that business closes for the day and on weekends.
              The signage on the location will tell you the paid parking hours and days.

              Absolutely false. Checked to be sure again, but the signage absolutely does not explain or cover any of that. Its a legal statement insulating diamond from liability & explaining to pay for parking. When you scan the ** additionally there is no info or option to pay, it merely says these are unpaid hours. Its a predatory scam to trick people into thinking theres free parking but making the paid window only a few hours in the evening. This lot is a scam. It appears like a paid lot and when you try to pay, theres no signage or notice that you cannot park during non paid hours. Wild youd lie on BBB but not surprising considering the kind of business you run. Why get 6 dollars from ******* when you can trick them into a 70 dollar ticket.
