    I am disgusted with the entirety of my visit. First off, I warned the tech that our cat isnt good with people and is very sick. Then when he bit them they made us feel guilty about it and said it hardly ever happens. Then after we decided we had to put him down they administered the sleeping drugs and while he was passing out and still conscious and we had a few minutes with him to actually say bye. The tech stood there and did not give us privacy. Instead he asked for our payment info. Then we put our cat down and paid for the individual cremation. 3 weeks go by and I call and ask about the *** and get told they will call back tomorrow with a tracking number. And they never did. I did that 3 times. Call back the forth time frustrated and without asking ************** said Ill transfer you to my director and put me on hold mid sentence as I was trying to say I dont have time to talk further Im at work. She called back and said they got New information and it should take longer then when I asked why she put me on hold mid sentence she said I didnt feel like our conversation was getting anywhere in a very rude tone. I am appalled that our community has to deal with a vet hospital that lacks empathy or understanding. I am disgusted and will NEVER COME BACK HERE. And you shouldnt either. On top of all that we paid over 2 thousand for everything. They want your money. Not to help.
