We order a home may 2022 and paid in full January 2023 because they were going to charge us storage fees. Our site prep been ready in July and they were Going to deliver August 15th . Then they told us delivery would be September *****th. Once again no delivery. Not even a phone call or text. Worst customer service!!! Nothing but lies from them from the start!

We had the home ready for delivery on 12/22/22 but were unable to deliver it at that time due to the fact that the required foundation and site improvements had not been done by the Speaks' contractor. When notified by the Speaks on approximately 6/13/23 that they were now ready to receive the home, our backlog for delivery was estimated to be approximately 12 to 14 weeks as a result of about 20 other such customers who had delayed site improvements from the previous year. We are doing everything we can do to work off this unfortunate backlog that was completely out of our control as we do not perform the site improvements. We have added drivers and trucks and added every available assembly crew that we can to deal with the magnitude of this situation which has never occurred before in our company's 45-year history. We had to rent additional offsite storage property to hold all of the delayed homes whose sites were not ready, including the Speaks home. This was created by customers' site preparation delays and the resulting lack of predictability as to when they would get their sites ready. We regret the inconvenience of this situation and will continue to make huge efforts to remedy it as quickly as possible.
