The resolution is like I offered to have concrete tested and if it came back as fault of the contractor or cement company we would replace
if it is fault of homeowner they should pay for it
that is why we are going to court over it
we are not avoiding any resolution
unfair to post negative stuff when it is in the process of getting resolved
utphall construction has a triple A rating for 20 years
