              Had new windows installed at summer home in ********, ** almost a year ago. One window doesnt work. Its taking all this time and it still isnt fixed. They have made several attempts to fix but cant fiquire it out. Been almost a year its ridiculous that they havent been able to fix for one reason or another. Its been one excuse after another. Its a 200 mile round trip everytime they attempt to fix. Ive had to go over there 8 times!

              Absolutely do not go to Custom Windows Plus. We had replacement windows put in and the first time we had a rainstorm we had water inside the frames! We were told thats perfectly normal! How many people think water coming in your windows is normal?!? We have ice buildup on the inside on cold days. To us that means there is air leakage. It takes forever to get a response from them. They replaced the frames but not the leaking windows. Still leaking, they drilled more weep holes in the frames. I guess so water can run down and rot the wood beneath. Very disgusted and wish we had never heard of them. Will NOT ever recommend them.
