The issue seems to be fixed with our basement wall, however we were told when they left that we would not be able to tell they were even here. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They have come back 2x now and the landscaping is a mess and was not put back to normal. We have concrete curbing, that was sunk into the ground after the first touchup. I asked for them to come back and raise it up as it should sit 2-3 inches higher as well as the pitch so the water runs away from the house. They came back the second time, were here for a very short amount of time and when i went out it was raised, however there was no pitch at all. My husband decided to just take care of it himself and discovered that the area was basically just fluffed up and threw some black dirt over the area and our landscaping stone under the curbing. Then, he saw that all of the fabric that he had put down was ripped up and rock was even underneath that and basically just shoved dirt and mixed it with the stones. He also discovered that they damaged our siding on the house where the egrass window was inserted...so I called today to get the siding fixed and have to order a whole box of 12 for $200. I feel like the cleanup portion of this job was very poor and also NOT happy about the siding.
