            I purchased 2 sweatshirts in October, at the time I was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery. In November I was contacted & told delivery was delayed. I said I just needed by Christmas it was fine. In December she contacted me & said my package was stuck in ********* in a warehouse. I told her again if it would be by Christmas I would wait. Later in December I was contacted by ******************************* said since I was part of a ************** of people that have never received their orders that she would issue a refund because now instead of being in ********* they were in *********** on a boat stuck in port. I agreed the order was for Christmas I wasn't a refund. She said it would be processed by end of ********** me the square refund policy which says 14 days at the longest for a refund. It has now been a **************** She then contacted me today to make a remark about her attorney, however ignored my response asking where my goods or refund were.

            She asks for your payment, but never ships your stuff, and she claims she ships it but wont send tracking or she makes excuses why you dont get your product in the mail.

            ***** as stated in our previous conversations you have received your refund for the item not received, this was months ago. Hopefully youre able to move forward and find a boutique that fits your needs
