I own a clinic and use a payment processer Fiserv through clover card connect. The portal is called cardpointe. I setup the payment processor on 10/16/24 and started running transactions on this date. I noticed after a week I wasnt receiving any deposits. I realized I had not switched the bank and routing number on the account (I had experienced fraud on my business account and had to switch to whole new accounts at the bank). I was advised to submit a ticket through support online and they would get to this and update it in 7-10 days. Meanwhile, i am of course, not having any sort of deposits or income to my business. On the 10th day, they then tell me that my LLC through the state and the Account name setup with them did not match and that I needed to submit another ticket (which requires another 7-10 days to resolve). They made this error during my onboarding as a client, they have had all my licenses and supporting documents since i applied for an account with them. I have called them daily, originally starting out incredibly respectful, to tears and then upset because it has shut down my office. it is currently 11/14/24, i still have not had a single deposit. There was an update on the account this morning that then states that "this is going to require internal review". I have no end date for this, my office has been shut down all due to a payment processor. There is no way to speak to someone who can actually resolve the issue. I am scared they're going to retaliate and disconnect services from me as well if I make too big of a fuss but I cannot run without this deposit. It is ****** dollars or my patients money. I cant order medications. I cant order labs. I have been borrowing money left and right trying to wait for this to get resolved but it is going on 1 month now. You can see in my portal the amount owed and date of transactions that they are just holding (I did not upload this as it has my patients private information).
