Zero stars. Horrible company. Unprofessional staff. Poor work quality. Toxic work environment. High turnover. Stay away! Spent $150k on roof, gutter and siding remodeling on our mid century modern home. Guardian is a nightmare company to deal with over the past 4 years. Still have leaking yankee gutters, rotting soffits and repair crews never show up to repair. Paid extra to have the window and door trim replaced. Metal and caulk work looked like a blind two year old did it. Had to get the owners Matt and Joe out to see the poor quality work to get them to redo the trim. Guardian has made it a low priority to fix these problems they created. It has been three years of “fixing” by Guardian that continue to leak and damage the soffits, rafters and landscaping. Gutters are not sloped properly to drain into the downspouts, water pools in the soffits rotting the new boards, flooded the basement when crew ripped out their first attempt to fix the gutters, neglected to connect a downspout just to name a few major issues. They broke one of our large picture windows and attempted to replace with a low quality window that split open when uncreated. Window replacement took at least 6 months. Our house has looked like **** all torn up for some time now. Debris is left on the job site. Josh and Joel were scheduled for 6 days the last two weeks and only showed up for several hours with the job far from done. They hire subcontractors to do most of the initial work and have their “repair crew” follow up with all the problems. The roof subcontractor put pea gravel off the old roof and construction debris into the vent pipe causing methane gas to build up in the house making my family sick. I had to shop vac out the debris myself. Guardian knows our disabled daughter is in hospice and they ignore our requests to get the work done and get out of our lives forever! Bad karma for a bad company. They do not respond to our phone calls and text messages.
