We received a mailer for All Seasons Facilities Maintenance Inc. so we met with Morgan and contracted them. We hired them to do a retaining wall which was completed rather reasonable time frame. So we requested them to do other stuff on the property as THAT experience was good. They did then a 2 tier wall which seemed well. So then we hired then to do the swale project as they said they could accomplish no problem. That was completed in late fall which was acceptable. So we had the big project left to be completed and was told that 1st thing in spring they could complete which sounded correct. In February I received a message that Winter was mild and they could do the tear down and get hardscape completed so they could finalize work in Spring of 2022. They needed 1/2 down on the big project so we paid as we did all the other times. They showed up and took down the firepit and other material and disappeared. Then the end of May All Season finally stated back at this project. They would sporadically show up with 2 guys here and there to do this job. We would call when not showing for weeks on end. Waiting and waiting. The two tier wall in this time began to fall as they built it improperly. So this went on and on with the yard being in shambles all summer. Then finally a neighbor called and complained to the county about the yard and they came out and issued an order to put up Silt fences because the yard was a mess and not getting worked on quick. Come to find out they built the Firepit too close to the water. Morgan claimed that's where we wanted it but the county zoning commissioner said the contractor should know the laws as we are the home owner and hire professionals for this. So we then had them do a drain swale which Mark at the company was supposedly the engineer of the the swale. They used a 4 inch pipe with stone as a French drain and wrapped in a cloth that doesn't allow water to seep through. The whole thing had to be redone. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
