I did ask but question was evaded & answered by saying we service ****************** instead of telling the truth that it would be $125, I understand a truck/call charge but that amount is over the top!!! I also did a 1 star review here on the bbb. They know the invoice amount of $471

              Our lawn, irrigation, and landscaping was installed in May, 2024. Our lawn was hydro seeded. The lawn came up with approximately 25% crab grass and they came out and took pictures and a video to bring back to management. I was told they would charge us an additional $600 to kill off the crab grass and another $500 to over seed. We ended up doing it on our own for much less than that. The irrigation people have been to the house 3 times because the control box maintains 11 inches of water in it all times and the soil around it is spongy. They did not remedy the issue. They said they raised the valve box but when I checked it myself the box was still resting on the pipe in the ground. Now I was told it would cost us $125 an hour to have a person come back to raise or move the box. We would never recommend Green Oasis because they do not stand behind their products and services. If you read the review we originally left on the Green Oasis website I gave them a 5 the day they installed everything. The crew was courteous and professional. That is the only customer service that met our expectations.
