    Dawn, the owner gave horrible customer service when I attempted get the financial part of the transaction. Originally my Rainbow was purchased from the Fennimore WI office. I was directed to Dawn, the owner of the Schofield office to come to a resolution as that is who handles the financial part for the Fennimore office. When I had my demonstration I was given an initial price. Then told if I purchased the unit that night, I'd get a $500 discount. It was a huge savings so I purchased it right away. I also gave a deposit. The rep told me the price and interest rate I'd be receiving and had me give 2 signatures on her tablet. I received no paperwork that evening including no warranty or the 3 day cancelation option paperwork. I requested paper copies of everything. I found the financial amounts were not what I was told and the interest rate was 5% more than what she said that night. I have excellent credit so that wasn't the reason. I got in contact with the office in Fennimore. They were of no help. I was then told to work with Dawn, the owner of the Schofield office, his boss. Dawn was of absolutely no help. She kept going over the loan numbers on the paperwork that I had to request to get. The numbers were not what I was told. That was the problem. She kept insisting that everyone who buys a Rainbow vacuum gets the same price. I've done a lot of research and that is not what I have found about pricing from other representatives. Her customer service was horrible. She was very rude and finally said she could no longer help me. I even went directly to Rexair, the main company and I received no help or responses from them either. If I knew initially that the price given and financed were different, I would of returned it. I was not informed of the 3 day cancel I did not receive any paperwork until 11/4/2021. I purchased it on October 3rd. I also gave $20 to reserve a spot for dinner and a presentation that I was supposed to get back. When I brought that up to Dawn, she mailed me $1 in cash. Apparently I paid for the pizza. I've found these 2 offices to be extremely unhelpful and shady by the way they conduct business. I would not recommend buying a Rainbow from either office.

    We at Hydro Air had received the complaint listed above and called and spoke to the customer. She said she was very happy with the product and that she had gotten paper copies of the paperwork she signed and ended the phone call on a good note saying she understood everything that was explained to her. Then we were alerted of very negative ******** posts stating the same information in the complaint on a ******** page for the entire ***. Prices do vary per state, per distribution center. When we were trying to explain this information that our price is the same across all of OUR locations it was not being understood by this customer. We then explained that they paperwork she signed was emailed to her and mailed to her by the company which is not my finance company. It is a business that handles the loans. They said she received the email copies, signed, verbally verified all of the information, then they also mailed her everything. When this was relayed to me I let her know she was covered on every level of understanding with a verbal verification by her and a signature and that there was nothing else we could do for her. I was then removed from her post so I did not stop talking I was removed from her post. She then contacted the manufacture with the same complaint. We gave them the same information as well as copies of everything and they dismissed it for the same reasons, as we did. She is happy with the product and has signed contracts. All of our cancelation policies are in the documents that she signed and verbally consented to.As far as mailing a $1 cash payment this is the first we have heard of that and it is an absolute lie. We did not do any such thing and that should be proven or removed from this complaint as it is absolutely ridiculous and *****. I did not speak to this customer except briefly on the social media website.
