The lights and electricity in the room shut off after about 10 minutes of inactivity. The motion sensor will not pick up any movement unless you get up and walk almost to the front door. If you're somebody that needs electricity for medical reasons definitely don't stay at this hotel if you're somebody that travels on the road and needs to do laundry there's no laundry service. The staff here is argumentative and wants to come up with no resolutions to these issues. I booked a stay for nine nights, and they billed my debit card for the entire stay. I requested a receipt so that I could get reimbursed from my employer and they couldn't provide me with a receipt, reflecting the charge to my card and the money missing from my checking account. I finally got a hold of the general manager, and all she did was talk over top of me when I requested a name and number of a district manager she refused to provide me with that information. This hotels business practices don't meet the qualifications for the hospitality business not only will they not try to resolve issues or come up with a solution they will just argue with you Until you go away!
