IP Phone Warehouse is an absolutely awful company to work with. The Headset I purchased is defective and they are no help at all. I was first told to contact the manufacturer in China. I did that and didn't get a response. Finally fed up, I asked for my money back and IP Phone Warehouse won't do that either. Now have to enter another RMA form for replacement. Of course IP Phone Warehouse will decide if it is defective, and I have to pay shipping. Will not let you speak to a manager or someone who is willing to provide service to a customer. Extremely disappointed in this Wisconsin company.

As part of the process to get you a warranty replacement under the manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer requires that a support ticket be opened with them to trouble shoot the device to verify that it is indeed defective. This process is in place as a benefit to customers because in some cases through the trouble shooting process, the issue can be corrected without having to go through the return process. We are very surprised to hear that you had an issue getting a hold of the manufacturer. Although they are located in ***** and are in a different time zone, which may delay their response time slightly, they are overall extremely responsive and respond to all warranty/ support tickets. (This is the first time weve heard that someone did not receive a response from them after opening a support ticket.) If you continue to have an issue with getting in touch with them let us know and well reach out to them for further assistance. As mentioned by our customer service representative, headsets are unfortunately not returnable for credit as stated in our return policy. This has become an industry standard for headsets because they are a warble device that cannot be resold once opened and used. However, like our customer service representative mentioned, we are more than happy to assist in getting a warranty replacement once the headset is deemed defective by the manufacturer.
