I made a down payment of $2132 on July 24, 2024 to have window replacements and bathroom shower installed on my lower level. The following day I decided I needed to cancel this transaction. I first spoke to the representative who visited my home, ***** *********, on 7/25/24. It was upsetting to find that he was leaving the company. His conversation gave me concern about doing any business with Right Choice. He recommended that I contact the office, which I did the same day. I spoke to ****** that day and she advised me that it wouldnt be refunded until the end of the month. I wait. I call again early August. At that point Im told that it wouldnt be refunded until August 15. It is now September 4 and I call again. Still no answer as to why no refund has been made. As ****** has given me the run around every time I have spoken to her, I have little faith in what will be done. I would appreciate anything you could do to help resolve this problem and get my $2132 refunded to me.
