My Husband ******* **** ** dob ********** went to Urgent care of Casper in May. He paid our $35 co pay which is what is required by insurance and what the co pay always is for Urgent Cares or other Doctor offices in town. On 07/14/2022 this company without permission or any notification via Phone, email or USPS mail illegally withdrew $135 from our checking account using the same debit card in which he paid his copay. They did not have any permission to do so and did so without any knowledge to us about the "balance". A balance in which is to be covered by our medical insurance ***** when claims are submitted correctly. I contacted ***** who advised the claim they received was not submitted to them correctly and was to be resent. The classifications were completely incorrect. I attempted to call this facility and was met with attitude and refusals to fix their mistakes and also refusal to refund the funds they took without permission. It is not ok for any company to randomly take funds from a persons account without their permission or knowledge. The ways they are running this practice is completely absurd and not legally nor morally correct. They also need to be completing their job correctly. For certain people this action could be catastrophic. I have also filed a complaint with my bank in regards to this issue. Thank you for your time and assistance. I hope this prevents another victim from this crooked company.
