            I paid a cab driver the amount owed plus a five dollar gratuity via a voucher I recieved from my worker at the ****************************. He said no he wont accept it and proceeded to first grab my purse, block my way and ltimately after I took my phone out to call the police, he grabbed it out of my hand and got in his car. He took my phone and has the voucher. It was a valid payment , which regardless that man had no right to put his hand on me, or obstruct my way, or to steel my cell phone. This occurred on Saturday august 3 with vehicle number 788.

            I am not east indian I do not believe I should listen to their prayers on the radio when I take a cab..All I wanted was a ride..These people have pushed this on me a few times now.Any chance I can get a driver that is not racist...I just want a ride..!!
