    The current condition of the motel is deplorable. **** *** **** ******** **** ****** ******* It is obvious the rooms are barely cleaned, if at all, between guests. Bathtubs didn’t drain. ** ***** ****** ** *** *** *** ***** **** **** **** *** **** ******* ** *** ***** **** ** *** ******* ****** * ****** ***** ** ******* Spiders in most corners and cobwebs nearly everywhere. The room had no cable box for the TV. Grime, like food and hair was on the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen. * *** ** ***** ** *** ****** Bedside table had food residue on it, food residue was also on the walls of the kitchen area. Dishes left in the kitchen. Rooms were incomplete, left out from the previous guest, *** **** *** ***** *** ****** ****** *** ******* ** ****** *** ***** We used dishes from the hospitality room instead. A pot of cigarette butts was outside the patio door. The middle support of the curtain rods had fallen off, and the patio door did not lock. There was no curtain on the patio door. A colleague was assigned a room that was already occupied by another guest. The worker entered the colleague's room while he was in there, not aware the room was occupied. Ice for the entire hotel is supplied by a small, countertop machine designed for one household. Dish soap was minimal and watered down for the kitchen sink. Two small packets of shampoo is all that was supplied in each room. No garbage can in the room. The bedding had extensive stains. The air conditioning and the fridge did not work. Towels and sheets were dried on benches in front of the lobby ******* ** ** * *****. The individual at the front desk laughed at the state of the rooms when we checked in. The general upkeep of the hotel is horrible. Furniture, carpets, mattresses, garbage, broken equipment and construction waste has all been left in front of rooms and/or piled in the parking lot for months at a time.

    Three guests stayed for 3 rooms from July 31 to Aug 4th of 2023. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm. All rooms were ready when they arrived. It means all dirty dishes from previous guests have been cleaned and set up for new guests. We cannot control spiders because they are a moving insect. Spiders might come into the room after we have cleaned the room, however we get rid of spider webs when we do housekeeping. We provided the TV box when they requested it right away. We have a hospitality room that we provide free, continental breakfast that every guest can use for 24 hours. That room is connected to our patio, and we do not lock the door so that guests can use this room anytime. Every guest is very happy about it. Why did we need the curtain for the patio sliding door? The bucket of cigarette butts is outside of the hospitality room for smokers. Our ice machine is pretty small, but our big ice machine has been out of order for a while. We will fix it. Dish soap is still available in the room and 4 packets of shampoo are placed in the bathroom. We will provide more without any hesitation if guests ask more, anytime. A garbage can is always placed in the room. The air conditioner and fridge are absolutely working perfectly. Perhaps they do not know how to operate it? The rooms where they stayed in have vinyl floors. I am wondering why they complained about dirty carpets. If they ask, our staff are always ready to help. Towels and bed sheets were out there on benches for drying due to that fact that our dryer broke down, but drying in the sun is better for sanitation. Only lots of labor required for us. No problem to the guest. The staff at front desk are always kind to the guests with a big smile. We never have any complaints from guests for many years. Only some furniture was left outside of the room due to renovations of the room. It might cause a little bit of an inconvenience. We always try to provide good services for guests and upgrade our facilities. All staff are being trained to treat the guests with kindness and professionalism. Our speculation is that they were not happy because they requested to use an RV Parking lot to use the electrical outlet. However, the space was already occupied by another guest. We could not help it. "First come first serve" policy. We cannot favor government employees. Every guest is equally valuable to us.
