            We purchased one of their homes and it was delivered with factory defects. Faulty electrical breaker cracked window siding is not painted outside cuboards door and drawers will not open because installed to close. dinning room light was not installed. No wiring or box installed or switch . Miss matched wood and big holes in wood on kitchen cuboards. Hand railing on deck busted and no good. Contacted to ask for matching materials and window witch can not purchase that size in Canada. Now they will not return calls or emails. Also furnace has broken down and can not find anyone to warranty it.             Bought a double wide home 5 yrs ago. After the first winter noticed a water stains on the ceiling. After checking the attic it was not insulated very well and there was a plumbing stack not vented out the roof. They were nice and sent out a repair crew. Now 3yrs later more stains and water damage in the cabinet from water coming in through the microwave fan. When we contacted Moduline again, they said you're on your own too bad so sad see you later. Bad workmanship, bad warranty work, bad customer service. I do not recommend this company!!
