            A sewing machine was purchased from Cottage quilting that had the safety clutch while doing some stitching on practice fabric. It ruined the gears at the bobbin end of the machine with doing very little stitching. It was sent back to ******** and returned to me last week. On Saturday, we set it up and the safety clutch popped again for not reason. No thread was caught or anything. I fixed it which took me several hours because the pin would not catch. It had popped several times and is taking significant amount of time to fix and then a repair man came to look at for me and lifted the machine backwards to find a spring sitting in the oil bed. The spring holds the clutch in place so he manually reset it with guidance from Titan in ********. However, not only does my safety clutch not reset properly, it pops for no reason and has caused me significant downtime for my home business. This a significant loss of production and is still not repaired. It is a brand new machine and should work properly and certainly should not need repairs. It has not even sewn a single project yet and was purchased in March. That is two months of downtime for me. I would like a replacement or a refund.

            I purchase a embroidery hoop from Cottage quilting on June 20th. After 2 weeks I asked for a refund do to the product did not arrive yet. I was told it was in transit and I could only get a store credit. I phoned a week later and it still was not at the store. Told that they would email a tracking number for item when it was on its way.It is now July 18th I still have not received hoop. I phoned again on July 17th and was told that do to the port strikes that it could be delayed.Now I was already told that it was in transit so how could it be delayed. I again asked for my money back and told no. They can not provide the hoop so why should I have to take a store credit for something that can not be provided.So beware purchasing anything from Cottage Quilting in *******. If you do make sure it is in the store. I was never told that this would have been a special order. I could have purchase this hoops from another Bernina dealer but wanted to support local business. This hoop was over $250.00 So please if you are dealing with Cottage Quilting in ******* ** make sure it is in stock.

            HI *****,as per our previous communications, we are sorry for the delay. This was dispatched from the warehouse and is in transit to us. We are waiting to receive it. Our website is very clear that not all items may be in the brick and mortar store, that some items are dispatched from the warehouse. We did follow it up with an email that this was being dispatched. Our policies are very clear on our website, in your receipt and with our communication back and forth with you that we would extend a store credit if you prefered but items in transit will not be refunded.We are sorry that you not happy with our policies. Thank you.
