a) "Looking for a Certified & Accredited Roofing Company? Look No Further!".
b)"We carry $2,000,000 of liability insurance".
c)"Top Quality Workmanship &,the Best Warranty in the Industry!"
c)Business displays "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" seal.

The Basic Principles of the BBB Code of Advertising states that the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser.

Regarding the "best Warranty in the industry", this is an objective superlative claim. The Code states that, superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests.

Regarding the "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed" seal, the BBB Code of Advertising states: "Advertisers should only use "satisfaction guarantee," "money back guarantee," "free trial offer," or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request."

Bade on our Code, BBB requested Roofking to substantiate the above claims by clarifying what certification they are referring to and provide a copy of it; provide proof of liability insurance; substantiate that their business has the best warranty in the industry in comparison with their competitors, and confirm that their business refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. The business also had the option to remove or reword the above claims. As of today's date BBB did not receive a response from the business.
