The owner is rude and was so angry I had to warn him not to touch me. His eyes were blazing and he stood too close holding the door when he told me to leave without the work done. My 75 year old friend thought he was going to hit me and that she would have to call police. He does not want to honor service policy regarding free puncture repairs. I am a 66 year old woman. had new tires installed in January 2024. Service policy states that the new tires come with free tire rotation and free puncture repairs. Yesterday was at ***** lube they advised I have nail in tire, recommended contact Big O for repair under the service policy. Called Big while waiting for lube to complete their work. Owner was miffed I called with out my receipt I told him where I was and that I didn't have the document because I had put it away for income tax . He told me off and that I should always keep it in the car. Asked if he could look me up by name and car info. Not happy but found the info and we made an apt for today at 1:00. I arrived at 12:45 and a friend was outside in her car waiting to take us to lunch. Owner said I was early and that the service person was busy. He did not look at me and was gruff. 1:00 went to desk asked if I could just leave the keys. He started to yell at me and said I was already trouble from the phone call the day before. He stood up with eyes blazing came around the counter and stood right next to me yelling then opened the door and told me to get out I was trouble because I called without my receipt. I asked him not to yell at me not appropriate to treat customer that way. He kept saying it was a free service. It is not a free service I paid for when I bought the tires and they installed. He is a very bad man. Now I will have to pay out of pocket for the repair to the tire and will not be comfortable going back for the tire rotation that was supposed to be included in the service.
