            In my earlier review I mentioned I had Triple R lined up for another job. I have two sundecks, a large upper one and a small lower one, on the other side of my house. The uprights on the lower deck that support the edge of the upper deck were badly damaged (again, from a missing drip edge that would have prevented much of the damage in the first place) and the outward face of the deck was also water damaged. The uprights were replaced, and a short roof was built over the top of the lower deck, which was an even better solution than installing the missing drip edge. As before, Byron communicated very well and kept in touch, and even came to do the job sooner than his initial estimate. Where he saw additional problems (including the start of black mold in a wall!) he notified me, gave good sound advice and realistic suggestions. Not least among this is that Byron did much of the work himself with a helper and worked until well past sunset! Work was done to an excellent standard, good cleanup too. I'm very pleased with this company.
