            I purchased some musical equipment (electronics) from Tempo Trend in July 2022, which turned out to be faulty. I brought it back on August 5 2022 and requested a refund of the $****** that I paid, but they convinced me to keep it and said they would fix it (as it was made-to-order). However, it has been several months now and they have not fixed it, been in communication, responded to any of my multiple queries about it, or refunded me. So, at this point I do not have the items I purchased and they have my money.
