      I purchased a set of rims though ****** from this company. At the time of purchase the website did not advise that the item was out of stock. I did however receive an email after ordering telling me the item was out of stock and they can either refund me or I can look at the inventory to see if there is another set I like OR I can just wait. I said I would wait. I emailed and called throughout the process and I finally gave up at the end of May and requested a cancellation and refund. It is now October 17th and I have no rims or a cancelled purchase. I made a few payments towards the balance via affirm and now that account has since been charged off because they have yet to receive the cancellation confirmation and funds from this merchant. I have plenty of emails with no responses after cancellation request or answers as to the status of my order and or why its taking so long to cancel! I am livid! This is unfair and unprofessional. I called, I emailed and was told the payments team is responsible but yet nobody from that team has the curtesy to email me back or give me a phone call about my cancellation! Ive never had such a bad experience before in my life, Its ruined my credit and I am not happy! This should have never happened. This company lacks the characteristics of good customer service and responsibility. Never again will I try to order from here. I want this issue resolved IMMEDIATELY!

      June 2nd I purchased a single rim for $360 from their website and they showed they had the rim in stock.After waiting two months. August 7th I called to cancel the order as I couldn't wait anymore. On august 15th they only refunded 252 dollars. After I called and emailed they informed me that it was a custom order and the company kept 103 dollar since I cancelled.Issue:- I was never told when I ordered the rim that it was a custom order - I waited two months and never got my rim and checked on it regularly and was told another week or call back in about few weeks. - even when I cancelled they didn't tell me it's a custom order and I would be charged a 30%. I am looking to get my 103 dollars back since they never told me this was a custom order and I waited 2 months before cancelling.

      Date of transaction February 6th 2024. Online purchase through their website. Order number ******* Purchase a set of level 8 wheels with black lug kit. Purchase price was $817.60. At first I only received a confirmation of order. A month later I contacted them via emailno response so I called. When I spoke to customer service they tell me its a special order (not mentioned anywhere on website) and that they would contact vendor and get a estimated date. Email proceeds to explain that there is no stock and no estimated date available. I emailed back that we could try something else an go from there. We went back and forth via email on other products, none that I liked, and none that I did like were available. After all that back and forth I decided that I would cancel the order because there was no end in sight of a solution. Then Im told there is a 30% fee for cancellation orders and that they were waiting on approval of the refund. Of course the fee ****** me off and I was not nice about that and they just insisted that it was standard procedure and we are waiting on approval for refund. Here we are 6 months from order. No product, no refund and they will not take my calls or reply to emails asking for a update on the refund.

      ON July 19th I ordered a set of tires fromExtreme wheels in *******. ON July 23rd I received an email stating that the tires I ordered are a special order and a delivery date could not be confirmed.I was asked if I wanted a refund. There is no wording in the advertisement or in the order stating that this order is a special order with an unspecified wait time. I asked for a refund and was then charged 30% cancellation fee. I look at the BBB and find multiple complaints detailing the same and similar handling of orders. Called the business and "******" told me the complaints are only handled by email and the owners cannot speak to me as they are overseas.

      March 8 2024 I bought one wheel from this company because the website said they had it in stock and I called that day to double check and see if that information was correct. The person that I spoke to told me that Extreme Wheels does have it and it will be shipped out 2 weeks went by someone at your company told me that the wheel that I bought from you will be shipped to me in 3 weeks after I paid for it and then I called back after the 3 weeks someone else told me that your company never had it in stock so he put in a refund on the wheel and I never received a return receipt for that. I been waiting for 4 months now and still no response from your company.

      I made a purchase from Exteme Wheels on January 6, 2024 for a pair of XD wheels. Extreme Wheels stated it would be a delay in the order as they have to get the wheels from the manufacturer. After a couple months I called them and the said she were discontinued and a refund would be issued. After multiple phone calls they continue to tell me that the refund is still being processed by the refund department that they have no way of contacting. All I can do is email the first email I received when my order was placed. I have sent no less than a dozen emails with only one response stating that "they'll update me when they can". 6 months later they still have over $500 and I have no product. I will continue to call and email.

      I made a purchase for a set of wheels on Extremewheels.com with confirmation of finance purchase with Affirm January 31, 2024. My order confirmation number is *******. After the full completion of my order processing, a ************************* at Extremewheels emailed me to inform me, the wheels I had purchased were incorrectly shown on their site as in stock. The wheel set I purchased, according to ***** were no longer in stock with their vendor and had no build date or restock ETA. He let me know of any possible other wheels I may be interested in to buy instead. I had let him know right away to go ahead and FULLY CANCEL my order and cancel my financing / issue and immediate refund. It has been nearly FIVE months still of going back and forth with Extremewheels with trying to get my full refund. I have contacted Affirm Financing, their available purchase financing options, and Affirm has everything needed with me for a purchase finance dispute. Affirm let me know, I need to reach out finally to Extremewheels once again to have them process my refund. Since reaching out again May 01, 2024, I have not gotten any refund notification from Extremewheels. I feel, the company fully knew about the stocking / site issues, and fully took my money and left me with no product. I originally made it very clear I wanted a fully cancellation and refund through them at the time of order unavailability notification. They now state I will have to pay the vendor a restock fee, but it was Extremewheels responsibility to fully HAULT, STOP, and issue a cancellation and refund at the time of customer request. I am still paying my order through affirm with no cancellation order / notification at Extremewheels or Extremecustoms

      Better Business Bureau:

      The company has refunded me immediately only after I formally filed a complaint - go figure. I will accept the response from the company, and will NOT do any business with them in the future. Apparently, this same thing has happened to multiple other persons. Thank you BBB to get this refund process expedited. Otherwise, I know for a fact, I would have been waiting longer still.

      Ordered a truck bed cover on 2/28/24 was contacted a few days later about the item I ordered being on back order and they tried selling me a different product, sent me pics I called back and said I was not interested in the other product and asked them to cancel the order. Now 47 days later I'm being billed for an item I never received and have contacted EXTREME WHEELS now 5 times and have been told the item is canceled only to now find out they want a 30% cancelation fee on an item they never even had in the first place and essentially are refusing to refund the money to the lender. This place is a joke and the manager ***** is even more of joke. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL RUN AWAY! FAR BETTER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. Literally the most unprofessional outfit I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

      Order # ******. I did not order these wheels or tires I did not authorize nobody to do it tried many times to get a hold of somebody they do not answer their phone!!!! I have notified the finance company that this was a unauthorized purchase and I will not be paying for them!!They need to come pick up their wheels and tiresAnd I will not be paying for shipping restocking fees or anything as this was a fraudulent charge. And I will not be paying any shipping fees are restocking fees as this was a fraudulent charge.

      i purchased a leveling kit from this company they sell on there website. i haven't heard anythin from this company in four days since my purchase. So i call them and they tell me that this item is a special order item which does not state on there site. So he said i have to reach out to there vender and see if they can order it and they would get back to me. 2 days went by then they asked me if i would like anither product and i would have to pay the difference. i told them no i wanted what i ordered. They told me they dont have it they have to order it. so a week and a half goes by i call up again and asked if i can cancel the order. They told me surebut we have to charge you a restoking fee. which would be *******. i asked for what, how can you charge me for something you dont have . he told me thats there policy. i am so frustrated with this company.

      Extreme wheels did not notify me before ordering that it would be a month before i would maybe get this product. I had to reach out to them about my order and at that time they told me it was not available, at that time i wanted to cancel my order and extreme wheels told me there will be a 30 percent restoking fee for something they don't stock and they had to order. when i talk to ***** he told me, " it will be 25 days to recieve my order". So i am sure there is enough time to cancel this order.

      As explained over the phone prior this is a custom built made to order item. There's no "restocking" fee. There's a cancelation fee that the manufacturer charges. That is the reason this takes 3 to 4 weeks to make.
