I ordered some wheels from Extreme Wheels, but they were financed through Affirm loan company. Extreme Wheels doesn't carry the wheel anymore ,and they won't request my refund to Affirm. And ****** wants me to pay for the loan and I never received a product.Initial Complaint

I purchased a rims and tires online, as shown in the receipt attached below. After canceling the order for the tires the next day ($503) they were only willing to refund me $403 because the suddenly raised the price of the rims without telling. After going back and forth for a week about $379-399 a rim we settled on a deal, just for Kaden the customer service rep to now tell me the rims were no longer available in the color I wanted. He said they just sold the day before, although, I put my order in over a week ago. He tried to sell me a set in a different color which I was considering, while we talked about their "price matching." I found the rims at a lower price elsewhere and he said he would look into it and call me back. After not hearing from him for 3 days, I called him back on Monday to discover he placed the order for the rims I hadn't agreed on and was charging me $450 per rim. Because they still had $2200 of mine from the original order, having not refunded me for the tires yet ($503), they just took the difference from that and said they would refund me like $180. The rims now cost me $1980, a price never mentioned to me before! Now I have been over charged for a set of rims I didn't want and I have to pay the return shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. Kaden's response, "I sorry there's nothing I can do to help. If you want to talk to a manager, you'll have to email him." He even admitted that he was wrong!Initial Complaint

On May 27 22 @ 11pm I purchased a set of ***************************** from Extreme Wheels (EW) online (I have a receipt). The rims were advertised @ $379 a peice+tires $503 & a few other accessories totalling $2178. The next morning I called in & canceled the tires. I spoke with Kaden the customer service person who I spoke with for the next couple weeks. He said that Sat morning that he would cancel the tires then he needed to contact ******* Wheels to make sure they had the wheels although (EW) page said they had them in stock. After saying he would call me back on Tue because of Memorial Day which he didn't so I called him on Wed. Then he tells me the rims are available but now they want to charge 399 a peice. I said that's not right, & I asked if he could speak with the manager about this so I could get what was advertised online. Again he says he'll call me back & doesn't. So on Fri I call ******** says he talked to his ************** can't do anything about the price but he did agree to give me free lug ********** rings which I needed for free. And they equaled up to the 80 price difference that was added to the rims. I said cool but then after getting off the phone again I ran the numbers to realize he took off a $100 coupon code I had. After calling him back again & pointing it out he said I wasn't allowed to use it on the rims only the tires. Although I went back on the site & put in the same rims and the code worked perfectly on them. He said that doesn't matter we still won't accept it. Then in that same conversation he tells me that my rims are no longer available that someone just bought them yesterday although I put in my order a week ago. But he says he can get them for me in a different color. As I thought about it, we then talked about price matching which they offer, but he said he need to call and confirm it & would call me back but never did. After finally reaching them Mon morning, he ordered the rims and charged me 450 each. me=restocking fee 20%+shipping cost
