Please be advised this complaint was submitted to the wrong company. Our "PureCare" only sells premium bedding accessories not including watches or fitness/health devices. The customer would need to fully review the invoice for the proper contact information to assist with the inquiry.

I purchased 2 double knee straps from Pure Care. Transaction date April 14, 2022, order *********. I was charged Cdn. *****. The ad on the internet said you could return if not satisfied (it was either 30 or 60 days to return). I just rec'd them yesterday May 4, 2022. What I received was two little flimsy pieces of netting with velcro strap. Oddly enough, there is no return address for these cheaters. I emailed them right away and they have yet to answer me. Yes, I was stupid, but my knees are so bad that I thought I'd try them. Now, they don't answer me and in doing a further search on the internet, I don't know where to send them back. There is an address on the package, but it says it is not a return address, it is only if the package is deemed undeliverable. I want to return them and I want my money back. If you insist pictures I would have to have someone take a picture of them, so please let me know. Please help, this isn't fair. Sincerely ***********************Business response

Hello,
Unfortunately, this complaint was issued to the wrong company. There is another Pure Care operating which sells non-bedding accessories including knee straps. We have received an influx of inquiries from their customers as of late. Here is the website for the product in question https://kneerenew.buypurecare.com/.
