I saw the review you left us and I wanted to make sure you're taken care of. You mentioned that you bought 2 sets of hearing aids from Audien. As per checking our system, I can see that you purchased 2 pairs of the Atom Pro on September ******. In addition, you confirmed that both sets stopped working after just a few months. You also added that you didn't drop them, get them wet, or mishandled them in any way. Kindly note that you also need to regularly maintain & clean your hearing aids. Depending on your wax build up, please be reminded that you need to change the wax guards every 2-3 weeks.
