Worst process ever! I found the truck I wanted for the price I wanted. The salesperson texted me at midnight, pressuring me to submit a credit app that apparently could not wait til morning. He told me to submit it and let him know right aways so he could get things moving. I submitted it at 2am, informed him, never heard back for days. He then blames me and says we had some sort of an appointment where I'd be driving the 6 hours (roundtrip) from Mesa today. No one ever informed of me of that since no one would return my emails or calls. I got approved and was ready to purchase. The finance person was on top of it all, then her weekend started and Rym got back into the mix and tells me I have to submit ANOTHER credit app. Makes no sense at all. This entire process consisted of 10 days, 314 emails. 314!! They'd email me a question, I'd answer, they'd email me again asking the same questions. Then another person would get involved, ask all the same questions and ignore all the same answers. I stuck to the purchase, but eventually had to cut my losses and demand my $500 down payment be refunded. If I am not allowed to take delivery the same week I get approved and put a down payment on the truck, and there is no end in sight, enough is enough. I feel mistreated, I feel ripped off, I demand my down payment be returned immediately. This dealer's behavior is outrageous. Unacceptable. Not to be trusted with a $40,000 purchase. They literally consumed my entire day, several days in a row. It couldn't be any less than arbitrary. The GM, Lynne, even mocked my speech impediment on the phone, he got aggressive and was seemingly trying to provoke a response from me. These guys are nothing less than bullies. I sure hope no one ever treats their grandparents the way they treated me.
