      I purchased a wedding dress from this company for $1260 and received a stained and incorrectly sized dress on March 16th 2022. I sent the dress back promptly to be cleaned and resized. I waited months and months and never received my dress back in return. I am owed $1260 for my purchased dress that has not been returned or sent back after over a year. I have been emailing them at least monthly, if not weekly, for the past year to resolve this with no success. I have given information for them to send me a check, refund via credit, or send me a payment through PayPal. As of October 2023 I have now been blocked by the company email and have many, many requests via email for an update or a refund. My desired outcome is a full refund of $1260 paid directly to me.

      On July 30th 2023 I ordered the mini Casden dress from The Odylyne Ceremony total spent was $2,048.44. They had incorrectly charged me $173.44 in ** sales tax. Since I purchased the dress online and live in the *************** (with directions to ship the dress to ******) sales tax should have never been charged to my credit card (see screen shots attached). I contacted the company immediately about this and they promised to refund me. Now after asking for over 3 months to refund me no refund was ever issued to me or received. The company had agreed in writing several times to refund me. This company is deceiving and ****** frustrating to work with. Not only did they also charge me $200 extra to "rush" my dress fabrication, but the dress was not shipped by the promised timeline of Aug 28, 2023. My wedding was Oct 4th 2023 and not scheduled to take place in the ***************. They did not send the dress until after my flight left for my destination wedding (which was Sept 30th) . I had to have my mom stay behind just to receive my dress in the mail, and then bring it to me for the wedding. The dress was shoved into a *** box with no dust bag and arrived about 3 sizes too big for me. I had to have multiple same day tailors work on the dress to make it even look half way decent on me. I wasn't even able to wear it at the end of everything. SUCH SEVERE STRESS TO GO THROUGH AND A HUGE WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME! I had been in communication with ***** and ****** who were terrible at responding to my emails. The few times that ***** had called me he explained I could call the supposed business number back **************. Never did anyone answer this line or respond to my messages. Through out the process they had promised that to make up for the missed deadline they would give me $75 towards alterations if they would be needed. I have multiple emails of this business promising to refund me. No refund was ever sent, nor do they respond to my emails/ calls

      I placed an order for a mini caspian dress on 3/1/22 for the price of $1389.75. I followed up in August with a change of address and update request for the dress and was told it would be delivered in mid-September. I followed ** in late September twice, asking for a status update and then refund. I was finally told I would receive a refund on 10/3/22. I followed up 5 times to get a status on my refund. They followed up on 11/8/22 that a refund had been issues via Quickbooks. I received an invoice for the refund but no money was ever sent. I followed up on 11/16/22 and 11/28/22 about the status of my refund and was never refunded. It's almost a year later and I have yet to receive a refund. I don't even expect this complaint to result in a refund, even if the company responds that they gave me a refund.

      I plac** a USD625 deposit for the Mini Caspian in 2021 and gave my measurements via email. Everything seem** normal in the beginning, I was expecting my dress to arrive in a couple of months as promis**. The business ask** for my shipping address and said they would send me the tracking number once it's shipp**. I wait** months and months -- no dress, no tracking number!When I follow** up, they said that "production is on break" and would ship it when they're back. But again it was a lie and they never did! Months later, I DM-** them and they said they would me a refund but the refund never came! Every time I ask**, they would have something to say - like they'll look into it, they'll email me the next morning, etc or they would completely ignore my messages.All I ask for is a refund!

      I ordered the mini Caspian dress in June 2022 for my wedding in May 2023. I paid for the dress in full (about 1400$) and was given a delivery date of December 2022. In December 2022, as I had no news, I sent an e-mail to find out when I would receive the dress. From then on, I was given deadlines that were never met. After a while, the person I was emailing was replaced by someone else (or was it the same person but with a different name?). After a lot of emails and when I asked for a refund since I still hadn't received my dress and it was already March, they finally told me they'd sent it. Indeed, I received it 1 week later, 3 sizes larger than mine. I should point out that I had filled in a very precise form about my measurements, which was validated by my dressmaker. I then asked to return the dress, and to be reimbursed so that I could urgently buy another dress (I was a few weeks away from my wedding). They accepted the return of the dress, but never reimbursed me. For several months now, I've been sending emails with no response. At first, they told me there had been a problem with the refund and that they would use PayPal. But since then I've had no reply. They just lie about everything, they told me that the delay in the dress was due to 3 people going on maternity leave at the same time, then the person I was talking to disappeared, then they told me they would process the refund for the dress and I still dont have my money.

      I initially contacted the business on 9/23/22 inquiring about their Mini *** dress that had not yet been released. They responded the same day saying it has not yet been released but that they would make it for me with an eta of late Dec 2022 or the first week of Jan 2023. I paid a 50% deposit of $1,125 on 9/25/22 &sent my measurements to them on 9/26/22. On 10/1/22 I received an official eta date of 1/5/23 that I would have my dress!That day came & went, no dress, I reached out via email on 1/9/23 & did not hear back so I followed up AGAIN on 1/30/23 to which I got a reply saying it was now set to arrive on 2/15/23 but that they were aiming for sooner. On 2/13 I followed up to see if it was on track to be here on 2/15 &if they would include tracking info. On 2/16/23 I was told sorry for the delay that they would get back to me, on 2/20/23 they asked about the end of the first week of March saying they are hoping to get the dress to me by 3/1/23 or 3/2/23, keep in mind my wedding was on MARCH TENTH! 3/10/23! 3/1 passed, 3/2 passed.. no dress! On 3/5 a label was created but then was not shipped until the evening of 3/6/23 for my 3/10/23 wedding! Even if it did make it to me there was no time for alterations. The dress was lost in the mail. Never received a dress, was left with NO wedding dress on my big day!! whos to know if it would have fit with no time to alter even if it did come! they agreed to get a back up to me (not the same style) & that shipped late 3/9/23 the night before my wedding & did not arrive until after I was already off to my wedding I couldnt utilize it(not to mention after the fact I tried it and it wouldnt have worked anyway it did not fit!!) I reached out to them for a refund I was told they tried through quickbooks but had issues. They then said I would receive a paypal(I didnt) THEN said they sent a check in the mail the 1st week of April & guess what no check! I just want a refund at the very least for all of this unnecessary distress!

      I purchased a dress from this website on July 16th 2022 for $`1,362.50. They told me that my expected date for delivery of my dress would be Dec. 15th 2022. Come ******** I still had not received my dress and I reached out to the customer service rep *************************** whom I had been in touch with previously when mailing my measurements. She assured me she would look into it, but when we hit the end of January (over a month... still no dress) I told them I did not want it. ****** assured me that she would put in a request for me to get a refund and (after me sending multiple emails due to a lack of communication) notified me that my refund had been processed Wednesday, Feb. 8th 2023. I never received my refund so I reached back out to no response from ******. I filled out another customer service email on their website and heard from someone named ****** after a few days who told me that the refund did not go through because they had switched billing platforms. I attempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company but they were unable to assist due to how long it had been. ****** told me that she could not refund me via Venmo but could get a check sent. As of today, I have emailed ****** four different times and still have not received a refund or any update on the status thereof. Attached is a photo of my receipt.

      This company is deceitful and has extremely poor communication. I ordered a dress from them in June 2022 which they stated was made to measure and they promised to have it delivered by 12/5/22. I sent my specific measurements within the week. The delivery date comes around and the item was not delivered nor was there any update from the business. On 12/19/22 I sent an email regarding the status and received no response so then I sent another follow up a few days later in which the business replied by saying the dress will be sent after the holidays but would have tracking available earlier. Over two weeks then pass by and no update from the business. I email back again to get an update on 1/18/23 well after the holiday and they state they will have tracking available the next day. Another week rolls by and still no response nor any tracking information. Fast forward to 2/10/23, still no response on tracking and a week after I get a message regarding them contacting production of the dress. At this point it is clear the dress has not even been produced meanwhile it should have been delivered back in December. It is now beginning of March and I have sent multiple updates up until this point and the representative finally sends out a tracking number and has it delivered by mid March since I had mentioned wanting this to be cancelled. But the dress is completely the WRONG size and NOT made to measure as originally agreed upon! My wedding is right around the corner and they tell me to go get it altered on my own when this was supposed to be a custom dress which I sent specific measurements for. This is completely unacceptable and the company needs to take back the dress and issue a refund as this is 3 months late and completely the wrong item.

      I've had to edit out details due to character limit. I ordered my dress in May 2021. I payed 1/2 as a deposit ($2,316.25) and was given a 3-5 month turn around time. I began having my doubts a couple months in when they didn't follow through with commitments they made. We arranged for an in person fitting in October 2021. I met with ********* (the designer and owner) in her home for a fitting. What they had ready for me was a size 12 slip. I am a size***. Despite that obvious red flag, the time I spent with ********* made me feel reassured, so I sent the rest of the payment that day (another $2,316.25). We met 2 more times for fittings. Our final fitting, where I would be taking the dress home was set in April 2022. Two days before our appointment ********* canceled the fitting and said the dress would be ready to ship the following week. Between April and October 2022 her team would push back the shipping date every time we corresponded. In October 2022 I had finally reached my limit and let them know I would demand a refund if they again failed to meet a deadline they committed to. In November they agreed to a 50% refund and they would check to see the status of the dress. Two weeks later their refund never came through and so I demanded a full refund or I would dispute the charges. They claimed to be having issues with the refund due to how old the charges were so they encouraged me to dispute the charges and that they would gift the dress (that they claimed was now done) to me free of charge. I was unable to file disputes due to do how old the charges were. I emailed them to let them know and offered several other options for refund. I have not heard from them since. It's now mid-Decmeber and I have no dress and no refund. I have begged them in emails to end this, I never want to think about this experience again. But I unfortunately do not live in a world where $4,632.50 is disposable. This company is very comfortable lying to silence poor reviews

      On 02/28/2022, I placed an order for a custom dress ************************** I was in contact with ************ from the beginning of the process and she gave me an ETA of August 20, 2022. As it got closer to the date, I asked if I would receive a tracking number. I was traveling and wanted to make sure I knew when it arrived so a friend could get it from my doorstep. I didn't get a response, sent two follow up messages about my question and then received an email from ************* that my new shipping date was September 15th and asks me to confirm my address. September 15th comes, I ask about the tracking number, and get a response saying my dress should be shipped "early next week" (Sept 18th-21st). No tracking number is sent. On Sept 20th, I express my disappointment and stress that I have experienced from the lack of communication and professionalism and didn't receive a response acknowledging it. Also mentioned, "If I had known it would have been this close, I would not have ordered and risked any delays or time constraints." On Sept 29th, I ask again about the shipping number, but instead, changed my mind the next day and requested a cancellation. I also mentioned that I could not trust another expected shipping date to ensure time for alterations and to align with my travel schedule ***************. The next day, Oct 1, ****** says that I should expect a tracking number on Tuesday with expedited shipping. She also mentions that someone will reach out to me via phone or she will be in touch via email. Neither of those happened. I expressed again that I cannot trust a new date after three different dates and that I am set on cancelling. She says that I should hear from them on Monday, Oct 3, to confirm and have yet to hear back from anyone after following up with them twice.
