      On Thursday, Octo 3rd at 3:49pm I attempted to put an order for orthotic inserts. It looked like the same site I used many years ago and the price also seemed similar. I ordered two inserts (size 7-71/2) for ***** and ***** respectively. I was charged for 2 walk fit platinum cushions for ***** each WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. The site did not give me time to review my order, like all legit sites do!!!! I immediately called the number at the bottom of the web page... ************** and spoke to a "****" who told me he couldn't find my order and I needed to call back in 30 minutes and he gave me his direct number. ***************). I called back and they said they still couldn't find my order and he needed to "escalated my case" and referred me to another agent. At this point, alarm bells are going off in my head but I did give my phone number; when they wanted more information I said I was very uncomfortable with this line of inquiry and that I would hang up. I now have someone called ***** from Rockford calling me on my cell phone to again, "escalate my case" and to call back at *************. This appears to be a very sophisticated scam and I am afraid others will be scammed unless this site is taken down.

      We thank you for forwarding Ms. Karen Otto's complaint to our office.  After reviewing our records of her order, we are now aware that she inadvertently ordered 2 additional pairs of Walkfit inserts.  Our customer service support team reached out to Ms. Otto to let her know that we made the necessary corrections and processed a credit for $43.41 back to her method of payment.

      Charging for Funsource and charging for Value plus $34.95 each Total of $69.90 when I never approved that. I called 5/29/24 and they said they would call me back in 24/48 hours they didn't so l called them again on 6/26/24 I said I want my money back this is fraud and they said they would call with in 24/48 hours and they have never called me They have ripped me off for &****** That Use these two different companies but it is the same phone number ************.

      We thank you for forwarding *********************************** complaint to our attention.  According to our records, ******************** placed an order for our Walkfit Platinum shoe inserts through a 3rd party telemarketing company we used to take orders.  During the ordering process Ms. ******** agreed to the free 30 day subscription offers from Funsource and Value Plus with the option to cancel within 30 days, to avoid being charged.  Unfortunately, ******************** did not cancel the subscriptions and was subsequently charged.  We reached out to the 3rd party telemarketing company and and they contacted Funsource and Value Plus and requested that they cancel her subscriptions and issue a full refund of all charges and they have agreed to do so immediately. 

      Please be advise that Walkfit Platinum is not affiliated with Funsource or Value Plus and only has a contract with the 3rd party telemarketing company commissioned to take orders for Walkfit Platinum.

      This app is a scam. They say you can sign up for notifications before being charged any renewal fees. They dont send any notifications and then proceed to charge you anyways. Once theyve charged you, they refuse refunds based on their policy that you purchased through an app and not through the website even though they were supposed to notify before charging any money.

      On 4-7-24 I purchased a pair of walkfit insoles from their website and they were paid in full , I received the insoles promptly. On 5-8-24 I noticed another debit from my account from ******************** for $42.30. I immediately logged in to my Walkfit account and noticed they had decided to start sending me a subscription to some form of vitamin that I never signed up for nor agreed to purchase which is shocking that if I had signed up for this vitamin supplement one would assume when I ordered my insoles the month before I would have also gotten this vitamin supplement!!! Anyway I emailed several emails with no response and finally made contact via phone call . The gentleman advised I would have an immediate refund and cancel my subscription that I didnt purchase. No refund has been given to date !!!

      We thank you for forwarding Mr. ************************* complaint to our office.  According to our records, **************** purchased the Walkfit Platinum shoe inserts and agreed to the Beflexible 30 day risk free trial offer, with the option to cancel to avoid being shipped and billed for a 30 day supply.  Unfortunately, **************** did not cancel the offer within the allotted time and was subsequently charged and shipped a 30 day supply of the Beflexible supplements..  **************** contacted our customer service support team and we cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund back to his method of payment on May 9, 2024.

      I was unaware I was still under a subscription as I canceled all playstore subscriptions and no longer utilized the service. Upon being charged for the subscription, I reached out to the company immediately and canceled and requested a refund since I hadn't used the service and would not be using it for the three months they charged me for. They are denying a refund even though the service hasn't been used and will not be utilized.

      I have been using your support in my right shoe for over six months and this morning I noticed some pain in my right heel. So, I took my shoe off only to find that your support had cracked. I weigh ***** lbs. so why did your product crack?

      Ordered walk fit platinum dr on the trial able to return in 1 month. Order # ****** They did not work/help so I called the number given to start a return. The number giver is only a busy signal constantly. I then received pills in the mail I did not order. Original order was ***** and then charged another ***** + tax form some auto ship pills I did not order. Since I could not get through the number giver for a return for some time - I packaged up the stuff and mailed it back costing me another $10 for shipping. The I received another 29.9 + tax bottle of pills. I wanted a refund for ALL of this because there I no way to contact this fraud company it seems.

We cancelled the order and processed a refund on February 20, 2024, for the full amount of $91.50 back to **************************** method of payment.

      I bought a trial period of 7 days for the walk fit program for $6.93. At that time I told ***** on the phone that I did not want to be enrolled in their monthly program at all, I only wanted to try the trial program. They ended up charging me for the monthly program for $30.99. I have tried to get a refund but they refuse to refund my bank account. ***** and ****** insist that when I was on their website I agreed to all of their program rules. Well I never once was on their website, I only spoke to ***** on the phone regarding the trial program. They both have insinuated that I am lying and am not telling them the truth over a few emails. I have many health problems and I am now feeling harrassed and very sick that they do not believe me. I am not lying, I only want my refund that they owe me. I just recently just got out of the hospital ICU and only wanted to try the walking trial, so their accusations are not helping me or my health. $30.99 is not a lot of money to some people but it is to me. My husband just passed away from lung cancer and without his income I cannot afford a monthly charge on my bank account. Can you please help me get my refund that they owe me? They have treated me terribly . I really would appreciate it. In advance, thank you, *****************
