September 30, 2021 I purchased three pair of these, paid shipping for all three pair. Now, six months later they are starting to come apart. Contacted company for a replacement pair and they want me to pay shipping costs yet again. ref # ******************Business response

12/13/21 I attempted to buy 2 pairs of orthotics based on the recommendation of my podiatrist. Walkfit company website gave me a subtotal for the 2 pairs. when I clicked confirm, the website added an extra pair (for 3 total) to my order without permission. I called customer service immediately and they refused to fix the problem. I requested to cancel the entire order based on not trusting them after that issue was left unresolved. They claimed they would refund my money. Today, 12/14/21 I receive notification that my product has shipped and my account was charged. Against my wishes. I called my credit card company. The charge is there but no refund. I will be refusing the shipment and I put in a claim with my credit card. Walkfit was absolutely horrible to work with and they constantly tried to upsell me instead of removing the fraudulent charges.Business response

We also show that two pairs of size E were ordered as well as one pair of size D. We are so sorry if this is not want you had intended. Tracking does show that the order was returned to us. Bought a pair of Insoles for my shoes 10/9/2021 for $21.63 Money was taken out 10/10/2021. #******** Been calling them every week for 2 months.Same resluts cant find my order. They sent E mails to me at ******************* asking me every thing i told the m on the phone so i e mailed all information back anyway. They took my money but i get nothing.Please Help Thx. Im on SSI disability so it would help.Business response
