My roof was done by Morel in 2019-20 under a government program because I am on disability and was unable to afford it but no matter how it was paid they were paid well for a job that they didn't do a good job on. I have attempted to get resolution to this problem since may of this year when I had a leak in my ****************** which has now spreaded to my bathroom entrance & is no longer leaking it is literally raining down my hallway! I've called several times only to be asked my name, number, & address and they will send someone out. I've spoken with ************* ******** When nothing was done I asked for owner and was quickly told he was on vacation. I informed her of what was going on & nobody ever follows up, I also told her I would hold them accountable for further damages. It was not leaking or raining in my home before I had the roof replaced, now I have all this going on & nobody wants to be held accountable. I understand they have other clients but I was a client as well but I guess it doesn't matter because they've already gotten paid for that job so I'm no longer of importance. Finally June bug was sent out however nobody bothered to inform me therefore I was not at home after receiving his message I called back but he didn't return my call. I would not recommend this company to anyone It's been a bigger headache than what I started out with, I'm frustrated and would like my roof properly repaired.I'm amused at how they got a 5 star review treating people the way they have. I wonder what my attic looks like so disappointing.
