Inn the Dog House, LLC Response
05/24/2022
This review is slander and inaccurate. This client needs to seek medical attention. Her only issue with us is the price increase we had for grooming. This was her complaint. We refused to comply, she paid and left. Then two hours later called us to say her dog was limping and cannot walk, calling us losers, dropouts and "f'ing idiots and f'ing jerks" and more. At this point in time, we sent her the video of her dog running, jumping, playing and happy upon leaving our facility.
She then called back demanding videos of the whole groom. Our staff tried to tell her she can have the video, but she cannot access that in the moment. She then, on recording, called yelling "this is my f'ingg dog, how dare you" front desk woman a "f'ing Bimbo". She repeatedly told us she is a social worker and knows we are freaks and druggies.
We told her she would not hear from the owner until Monday. When I called her Monday morning, she changed her story saying her dog is not limping or hurt physically but the haircut is bad and her dog was cut to the bone. The dog is not cut, injured or bleeding or anything else physically. Her hair has a part on her leg (like a cowlick) that separates on the bony side of her leg and it looks shaved but it is not. (we have pics and videos of this, as well). She then started calling me a 25 year old idiot and saying we are all on drugs. I reminded her that I am a 51 year old woman and will no longer have communications to her.
I sent her an email terminating her relationship with us and she has been emailing, calling, harassing us and has now taken to threatening my children with harm, I have this in email proof, threatening my staff and now calling me a slumlord.
I have filed a complaint with the medical review board and if I get another email threatening me or my family, I will report her to the police. Please remove this review, as she is a very mentally deranged woman that needs help. I will send videos, pics and recordings, so you can see how she spoke to us, if needed.
