PART 1:
1. Strip existing asphalt driveway, haul away debris.
2. Add stone as needed, set to grade.
3.Roll and compact stone base prior to paving.
4. Lay 1 1/2 Inches of Top Asphalt Driveway mix to match existing grade. 5.Roll, compact, hand tamp outer edges.
Cost for the above $2,505 and was completed and paid for in full
PART 2:
2 Coats of Seal Master Sealer with Sand Mix
Cost for the above $300
Now that we are ready for PART 2 of the agreement ***** will not complete it for the written quote amount of $300 and instead wants $375. There is nothing in the agreement that states how long PART 2 of the quote is valid for and therefore ***** needs to honor the quote. He will not honor the quote and for $75 not only will he not get this small sale but he won't for the asphalt for either of my two commercial properties.
DO NOT USE!!!!
I cannot and will not recommend ***** or Top Choice Paving as they will not honor their written agreement.

It is true, we did perform work on Mr. ******* driveway for the amount of $2505.00 and also performed sealing of the driveway with 2 coats for $300 in the year 2018! He contacted our business to have his driveway re-sealed in December of 2021 (over 3 years later) asking for a price. We informed him it would cost $375.00 to seal his driveway with 2 coats of sealer. Again, this was over THREE YEARS after his driveway project was completed. We completed everything required by us for the contract he had in 2018. Unfortunately, we cannot perform the sealing of the driveway for the same price given in 2018 because not only has fuel prices gone up, so have wages and the cost of materials, hence the increase in the price by $75.00. He was not happy the price had gone up and wanted us to give him the job for the same price he was given over three years prior. Not only is this a request we cannot and will not honor but one that is unreasonable. Does he go to grocery stores, gas stations, department stores or other businesses asking for them to honor the price they had over 3 years ago and when they cannot he writes bad reviews on YELP and complains to the BBB? He, being a business man himself, I would think would understand the word inflation and price increase without hesitation or rebuttal. He making the statement do not use us because of a price increase 3 years later is troublesome. He did not give the full facts, nor did he state not only did we already perform the duties required on his contract in 2018, but he also failed to mention the age of the contracted price.
