              In 2022 I provided a refundable $200 money order to Village View to secure my mom a place on the list of the Section 8 community. On June 26 2024 I emailed the Property Leasing Specialist, ***** *****, to please send the $200 back and remove mom from the list. She responded that the check will be mailed in. 2-4 weeks. The check never arrived, I followed up with 7 emails and 2 phone calls with only 1 email response that they were "checking on it"It is now almost 2 months later with no communication or status about the $200 I am owed.

              HTG is a horrible company, I live in one of their complexes, its full of roaches, urine all over the carpets in the hallways, they turn off the air on the weekend so the hallways are very warm, no one is ever in the office, corporate headquarters never answers their phone and never returns any phone calls and they give your personal contractual rental agreement information to companies that dont require it and should never have it and for me this is a violation of my privacy rights. I would rather live my vehicle than ever live in a HTG complex again. They also make you pay for every single Utility and who would ever consider gas stoves for seniors. They also dont care where they build their facility because I live in a bad neighborhood, a horrible place to live inside and out!
