Nove 9 i dropped off my veil yto **** service advisor at the collection Dec 4 I picked up the vehicle Dec 5 I message **** letter him know my car smelled like oil.I traveled left the car parked and returned to drive it weeks later it broke down . Dec 30 the car was at another service center for extreme oil leak through out the entire system the collection never fixed my car. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the service provided by your establishment on Nov 9 . Despite being charged for an oil change, it was never performed on my vehicle. Additionally, my car sustained damage during its time in your care, resulting in a significant oil leak and complete depletion of oil. The collection kept my car for 4 weeks and it was retuned in worst condition and required to go back to another service center for another 3 weeks . I was charged $442.08 for an oil change, my car had zero oil and had warranty repairs done due to an oil leak . **** my service advisor needs to be investigated, he did not communicate and did not properly handle my service . I initially contacted the manager, ***, who assured me he would investigate and call me back. However, despite his promise, I received no follow-up communication, and he refuse to speak with me I received a message that *** told **** at alpha ****** customer care that she needs to speak with me. And he no longer accepted my calls nor returned them. He made an excuse about his voicemail not working the 1st time I spoke with him to resolve my concern.This lack of accountability is unacceptable.I demand a thorough investigation into the negligence that led to the unperformed oil change and vehicle damage. Furthermore, I expect a refund for the service not rendered and compensation for the damages incurred.I insist on being treated with respect and professionalism and request a prompt response to this matter.
