Mr. ****** sign with us to replace his roof due to leaks and poor condition of his roof.
he had a lot of drywall damage before we start the roof.
After the first inspection, the inspector said we need to replace all the flashing around the house which was over 200 linear feet Normally we charge $30 per square which is close to $6000 .
We only charge the client $900 more because he could not afford to pay more.
Unfortunately, he was trying to make us replace all the bed drywall that was there before for free and when we said no, and we offered him a really good price he said he will leave us a review on the business bureau.
